This summer it is expected that the Pitiusas Islands will receive only 25% of the tourists that they usually do each summer. And although this information is alarming for the tourism sector and the survival of the islands, on the other hand, it shows a privileged situation for those lucky ones that will visit Ibiza and Formentera this summer. They will discover the islands that we have not seen for half a century: with practically empty beaches and natural spaces and a real film set that will allow them to enjoy their exclusive holidays. Additional hygiene measures on our boats
To ensure the health of our customers and our entire team, we have taken advantage of these weeks of confinement to work on a series of measures to improve hygiene and safety, both on our boats and in our office.
For all our boat rentals in Ibiza, we will offer a special cleaning and disinfection protocol along with ozone cleaning. To do this, we will clean our boats more frequently and space out the rentals, so we can have more time to disinfect the boats well. We will also take special measures when cleaning our office and also when it comes to renting all kinds of water toys. That is why this year we will not be offering any snorkelling equipment on our boats (don ́t forget to bring yours, so you can enjoy the seabed of the Pitiusas!). We will also take care of the sanitary controls for the entire team of Coral Yachting, so we can guarantee the safety of our clients when they rent a boat with a skipper.
There will be hand sanitizers in our offices. We are also working on ways to minimize direct contact with our clients. Therefore, we will always prefer to be paid by card or via bank transfer.
