-
Dalt Vila and La Marina
If this is your first time visiting Ibiza, you have to take a walk around its historic centre. In the streets surrounding the port, you'll find the neighbourhood of La Marina, where endless shops and restaurants await. At sunset, the area is one of the liveliest on the island with drinks and dancing in the pubs. And behind the imposing medieval walls, we find Dalt Vila (declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO). White houses decorated with wild bougainvilleas, squares, shops and restaurants... getting lost in its streets and taking in the views from its lookout points is an unforgettable experience.
-
Botafoc Ibiza
With a total of 428 berths, Botafoc Ibiza Marina is one of the most important ports in the Mediterranean. It houses Coral Yachting’s offices (and boats). The port has a large dock, a petrol station, and a large selection of restaurants and clothes stores. So much so, that the area has been nicknamed “The Ibizan Golden Mile” on account of the luxury and elegance to be found on every corner.
-
Santa Gertrudis
Taking a tour of some of Ibiza's white villages is highly recommended. Santa Gertrudis de Fruitera, for example, is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful places to see in Ibiza. Despite its tiny size, strolling through its atmospheric square, dining or having a drink on one of its terraces is a real pleasure. In Santa Gertrudis, you'll also find fashion boutiques, home décor. and craft shops, as well as several art galleries.
-
Es Vedrà
The enigmatic islet of Es Vedrà is one of the most famous places to see in Ibiza. We highly recommend a visit, especially at sunset. The best way to admire its beauty is, of course, from the sea. Imagine anchoring for a picnic and enjoying the spectacular Ibizan sunset with Es Vedrà in the background?
-
Las Dalias Market
You can't leave Ibiza without visiting one of its iconic hippie markets, a living sample of the island's incredible past. The most famous of all is Las Dalias, located in San Carlos. In this market of more than 200 stalls, you can find clothes, jewellery, records, décor.... and endless products that revive the authentic flower power spirit.
We hope you liked our selection of places to see in Ibiza. Another of our recommendations is to visit the island of Formentera. If you have the time, it's an absolute must! And if you want to rent a boat for your holiday in Ibiza, don't hesitate to get in touch!
