Motor boat: speed and comfort first

The downside of choosing a motor boat is the fuel cost: the faster and more powerful, the greater the fuel consumption. Those who go for a sailing boat are attracted by the pleasure of sailing and aren’t worried about how long it will take to reach their destination, as it will be significantly more than on a motor boat. Another key aspect of sailing is that it’s more technically demanding. On the other hand, weather plays a key role when sailing: you won’t get very far without wind, unless you use the motor. The natural movement of the sailing boat means sailors must be alert at all times. The main disadvantage of this option is that most sailing boats and catamarans are rented per week and don’t generally include mooring costs.
