Catamaran Ibiza and Formentera

Renting a catamaran to sail the waters of Ibiza and Formentera is one of the best ways to get to know the islands. It is a peaceful way of sailing, there is no rush, no noise, just you and the sea. Most catamarans are rented by the week from Saturday to Saturday mainly in high season. For some catamarans, a one-day charter is also possible but usually only in the low-mid season (May, June, September, and October).

If you get on a catamaran, be prepared to ''live on board'' and disconnect from the daily stress, big crowds, and city life. It is important to have a good skipper who is well familiar with the navigation areas and knows how to anchor in the most protected places to spend the night. The advantage of catamarans over sailing boats is their spacious cabins. Also, most catamarans have a bathroom in each cabin that makes it perfect for groups of friends who want to have privacy. Most of the catamarans for rent in Ibiza and Formentera are rented with a skipper and do not have a mooring fee included in the price, so the overnight stay will be spent anchoring in a bay.
