n these coves you can drop anchor, snorkel and relax in peace and quiet as few boats drop anchor before reaching Es Caló itself.
If you drop anchor in the bay closest to Es Caló, you will be amazed at the cliffs that will be visible from your boat which form the highest point on the island, La Mola which is 192 metres tall.
This place is in the east of the island and we recommend it to all our customers who know Espalmador, Illetas and Cala Saona. Here you will discover topographical features different to the rest of the island. Sailing to this small coastal village is always worth it because of this magnificent restaurant.
This is our favourite beach restaurant on the island. It has a terrace which faces the sea where you can enjoy traditional fish and fresh, local seafood. Run by a local family, eating here is a gastronomic luxury but its prices are more reasonable than other restaurants in Formentera. We recommend any of the fish dishes, seafood or paella. The fresh tuna tartar is one of the tastiest weve tried.
